Male: Welcome back and thank you for stopping by in My Cooking Show, Its Supper Time presented by Callingachef.com powered by Table Craft. Today, I’m going to—this is the fall or 0012 everyday weekend tomatoes were in season. I’ve pulled quite a bit out of my garden here as you can see here. What I’m going to show you today is how to can your tomatoes. I’m going to do some stew tomatoes. What we do is basically simple, quarter this tomatoes, come over here I had this boiling over in a period of an hour. You want this to come down and have the skin peeled of, they’re ready. So other than that what I did here with this mixing jars, I put them in the dishwasher so they’re sanitary like that.
These lids here, watch my camera guy can zoom in real quick, this are foot ball. What I did is I’ve oil this and hot boiling water for at least 10 minute, they’re good to go. I have my jar over here, very simple you want to fill it up after your product is nice and ready where you—the consistency you want, you fill up your jar very simple like. For this recipe, please go to my website, CAllingachef.com and just send me your name and email address and I’ll get you to recipe. It’s something like this I made about 60 tomatoes, here for that so depending on what—how many tomatoes you’re going to do; have that one just like that, put your lead on, kind of pop like so, wipe off an excess like that and there you go. That’s properly—how you properly can tomatoes. Thank you for stopping by in My Cooking Show, Its Supper Time presented by Callingachef.com. Thank you..
