I went from an unhealthy sick person, who was chronically over weight, always over weight, not healthy, to someone that I cannot remember the last time that I was sick. I was chronically sick when I was growing up, I ate six pack of diet soda. Everyday, I eat non-fat frozen yogurt for lunch. I have white flour bagels for breakfast. For dinner, I have tuna fish on white bread with non-fat mayo. So, I did not have any real food in my diet and I knew it.
I was diagnosed with thyroid disease. The doctor had prescribed radio active iodine and then Synthroid. And I said, I do not think so. I said I am going to change my diet first and I changed it to whole grains like brown rice, whole grain bread, beans, vegetables, real wholesome food. That it comes into an actual apple instead like an apple chip or brown rice instead of white rice. Brown bread instead of white bread. Just food in its whole form. I dropped about 18 pounds in four months. My skin looks great, people will comment on what I look like and I kept moving forward.
Two years and 17,000 doctors of the land, I went for a blood test and my thyroid was completely normal. It has empowered me and transformed my life because I am in control. It is what is telling me, everyday, I give myself a positive thought. Every single day I write in to my calendar, 30 days in advance. I am a great chef, I am fantastic lover. I have to get to try that one out. I will but, it is like a little reminder that all I have to do is put the thought in my mind and if I am conscious of it, I can manifest it somehow.
I would encourage anyone facing a similar challenge or a health challenge. A life challenge to focus on what they want. Whatever it is, great health, a new career, anything that they want focus on it and believe that they can do it, believe that they can do it. And if they have that belief system there, then they can do anything.
