How to Cheer for the Self
This one, sa-ta-na-ma means truth as your identity. So, “sa” is where infinite becomes fine night. We call it birth, “ta” light, “na”, nah, no, nada where you seized to exist right, “ma”, the rebirth, that chance, another chance, another chance, another chance. Okay, so what you're going to do in this is you're going to inhale, swing your arms up over your head and you're going to open your eyes really wide and say “sa”. Then you're going to close your eyes and make fist side of your hand swing in back “ta-na-ma”.
Even if you feel like you're somewhere that you can't say these sounds, you can do this in the bathroom stall, okay. You can do this walking and people would just think “huh, okay she’s just exercising her arms” but what you're really doing is you're clearing this energy on your side body which is where a lot of things get stuck in our hips, in our ribs. You're crossing your heart and instead of “cross your heart and hope to die”, you're going to cross your heart and create that livingness right? Oyure going to come up on your toes which stimulate the glands in your head and you're going to squat down so you get to move this whole part of your body that never gets to move when you're at work. All of the attention gets stuck in our thighs okay. Ready?
