Hi guys! It's Michelle with another quick video tip from Child Proof My Home. Today, we are installing the burglar bar, sliding patio and window lock. It's so simple and easy to install. Here is what you do.
First, make sure your window is clean. I use some rubbing alcohol to make sure that the adhesive sticks. Next, peel off the sticky from the back of the window lock and open your window to the desired height. Now, here comes the tough part. Ready? Stick it on the window. Be sure to press firmly while you are sticking it on.
Alright, now it's attached, let's try it out. I open the window and it's locked in place, it can go no further. But if I ever do want to open the window all the way, I simply pull the pin in the middle and drop the bar down.
Now, my window slides easily pass the bar. It's just another quick video tip from your friend, Child Proof My Home.
