How to Chisel your Chest - part2
Okay guys, second part of the exercise of the super set, a light bar preferably a short Olympic bar, the long Olympic bar is going to be hard to balance, but you don't need it. It gives you little more control when it's shorter. Again, super light with this one, you are putting your shoulders in a compromising position, so you don't want to overload that joint, okay. So what you are going to do is you are going to grab the weight. We are going to do a bench press, keeping your hands, where you normally left when you bench, head down and bench pack up but this time be really careful.
Coming right down to your neck, okay. If you don't stretch yourself, get yourself spotted. Don't want you to be able to feel down tomorrow to perform this exercise. But concentrate again, don't lock your arms up, keep the weight on the packs. Come down, stretch it out, contract the packs as you go up, back down. That's the motion, great upper pack simulation. But again, word of caution, keep it light, keep it controlled and you will get incredible chest pump, good luck.
