Just be sure that your mix of supplements contains the right balance of essential nutrients. Here are the vitamins and minerals that you should aim to get everyday. Most women need about 200 mg of vitamin C, 400 IU of vitamin E, 15,000 IU of mixed carotenoids, 200 mcg of Selenium, 400mcg of folic acid and other B vitamins. Make sure that it doesn’t contain iron. Most women don’t need extra especially if they’re post menopausal. Check back tomorrow for another 60-second solution.
