Now there are so many flat irons on the market. It can be overwhelming to know which type of flat iron to choose. But basically, we can just break it down into three basic categories. You have your ceramic irons, your tourmaline irons and your traditional flat irons. This is your traditional flat iron. It is made of either steel or aluminum. And then you have your ceramic iron which is a coating over hot plate and then you have your tourmaline iron, which is a tourmaline coating over your hot plate.

Now, what is great about your ceramic and your tourmaline iron is that it gives off a negative ionic charge. And I know you hear a lot about ions, and what is it so fantastic, is your hair has a positive ionic charge, which causes the hair to look dull and unhealthy, it raises the cuticle. When you cancel out that positive charge with your negative ionic products, your ceramic or your tourmaline irons, it gives your hair that smooth, healthy, shiny look that we all want. So, I suggest, either you use your tourmaline or your ceramic irons. And if you like, you can use the new technology, which is the hybrid of the ceramic and the tourmaline technology. It just combines them both together.
