Every Monday morning there is a new diet out on the market. It’s high protein, high
carbohydrate, low fat, the watermelon diet, the raisin diet, the choco bar diet whatever it might
be. What you want to look for in this fad diets is the sound; do they have a comprehensive food
plan? You should know eliminate anyone food category. A complete protein diet eliminating
carbohydrates is not necessarily healthy. Eliminating all the fat new diet is not necessarily
healthy, the fats are good for you in the form of vegetable base oil such as olive oil, peanut oil,
almond oil and soil oil it’s a saturated fat that you really want to keep to check on and keep to a
minimum. Everything in moderation works that where you can enjoy your diet, have a
pleasurable life and not feel the deprived.
