In this video clip we’re going to discuss one that is appropriate to higher landscape architect. Most important thing to think about is to know that what landscape architect should be hired prior to building a new home. At that point in time, the architect work with the engineer and the architect and assist in taking care of the layout, the elevation and the grades so the outside needs are merged together with the inside needs.
Also, eliminating trees that should not be eliminated is at very important aspect to think about. Well so grading, drainage, location of a swimming pool, these are things that are going to be considered when you’re building a new house.
If you’re going to be doing a modification and alteration to your existing home, at that point you’re changing grades, you’re changing your water flow, you’re changing the sun exposure for your plants. So there's also important higher landscape architect at time that you're going through any modification or alterations on your property.
