How to choose an MP3 player.
Hey, what is up guys this is John back here in theMP3 player department at best buy and a lot of people have mp3 players on their Christmas wish list. But, it is really important to figure out what is good for the person that you are getting the Player for. Everyone has Ipods in their head and Ipods are awesome. Pretty much half of the universe has an Ipod in their department but it is important to figure out which Ipod or which mp3 player is best for you.
If you want one of these smaller Ipods this is the Ipod nano, it holds up to 4 gig worth of music. This is the Ipod 80 gig. That is going to hold all of your mp3’s, all of your photo’s, all of your videos pretty much anything you want, entertainment related can be stored on that Ipod. But the Ipod is not the only team in the game, there is a lot of different brands we have here at best buy and a lot of different things to think about.
For instance we have the Samsung player here, touch screen LCD. Very sweet looking, we have a lot of other mp3 players from other brands like Sand Disk, we have the creative Zen. So there is a lot of things to think about. one big thing to consider, what kind of mp3 player is best. The larger Ipods and larger mp3 players, those have dad drives in them, the smaller ones that store less music, those are what are called flash based players. This is a really good thing if you are shopping for a kid because you know how kids treat all their electronics. They beat it up, they throw it around this flash based players have no moving parts inside them so it is very difficult to mess up.
Now if you do want more storage, if you want a lot more music on your mp3 player then you would want to look at the hard drives but it is all about what is best for the person that you age getting the gift for.
