Foundation is the most individualized custom thing that you buy in your makeup. When choosing the right color, you want to make sure that you know what skin tone you are. Are you more yellow? Or are you more pink? How you can tell if it is the wrong shade is when you put it on and you start to look really, really pale or really, really dark compared to the rest of your body, you know you got the wrong shade.
The most plain and safe natural way to apply a foundation is using the foundation brush. Start just on the areas of discoloration, sticking on the product on for full coverage and flipping the brush over for a light, blended, clean light coverage blending down.
If you get too much foundation on, all you have to do is take a toner and a sponge and just do this.
Not every foundation out there is silicon-free. Silicon goes into lines and pores and fills it and if it’s in your foundation, it will start to settle.
Using a Primer under your foundation is a great way to keep it out lines and pores.
