How to Clean a Microwave Oven

Lets see that with a dirty microwave -

That is overkill. Lemons are you kidding. I used to work in a kitchen just throw a sopping wet rag into the microwave for 30 seconds. Everything will soften and wipe easily. Also cleaners aren't going to hurt you provided your coworker isn't doing something totally retarded

I've done this for years without the lemon (because of the expense of lemons) and its true, everything just wipes out.

This is a heck of a good and safe way to clean the oven, but can spray cleaners be used to clean the inside of the microwave oven, like 409? We have a coworker using the spray cleaner at work. Help

That seems like an expensive way to clean the micro lemons not being cheap these days but then you could save them (and the water), let it cool and make lemonade. Voila! Clean oven, refreshing drink all in one!
