This is a bare hands throwing drill.

This forces the player to catch with bare hands. This also prevents the player from throwing the ball too hard, and the pre seize it.

We like to do this drill before we give the players their gloves. This is a warm-up. It does toughen the hands a little bit. However, the main focus is on catching with two hands.

Players will step to the target, catch with two hands using their window.
