This is a glove-tucking drill
In the eagle position when my knuckles are to the sky, I am pointing to my target with my glove. The first thing I want to do is almost like I am making a muscle with my glove hand. I am flexing my bicep muscle. You do not want to squeeze tightly, just to make sure that you know how you are tucking your glove. The glove is going to be up. You are going to make a muscle with your glove hand and it is going to start tucking as your throwing arm is coming through to release. And then follow through on the opposite knee, and you get ready for another catch.
Okay Keith just like me, we are going to do it in normal speed. Ready? Now, I am going to follow through with you. Now, we are ready to catch. See let us finish up ready to catch. Thumbs down, throw, okay? Do it again. Thumbs down, throw. There you go. One more. Thumbs down, throw.
Now, we are in a good position to receive the ball next because we are square. Stay right there, knees, shoulders.
