Final passing drill that you can use is a V-cut passing drill in which our players will be on triple threat. To initiate the drill, he will step forward with his right foot, the receiver has a target hand up, he is going to do a V-cut, go the other way and we will just keep repeating. Step forward with your right foot, V-cut, give a target hand. Everybody gets a target hand, show target hand, good.

So wee are incorporating a number of things or catching going to triple threat. We are showing a target hand, stepping forward with the right foot, we are V-cutting.

It is important to know that we never worry about speed with this drill or with the V-cut, we worry more about making a good plant and getting the defender off balance. We worry about hitting our target, so we show target hand. We always go to triple threat so everything is game situation, all tied into our passing drill.
