What we are going to do is try to get six laps in a row so that now we are increasing concentration for our young players. They are starting to develop the foot work and the choreography they need. And the thing that we want them to focus on is when they go in for their lap, we want them to keep their eyes on the target until the ball goes through the net.

Let us try that. Left foot first, keep your eye on the target, good. Right foot first, eye on the target, here is two, great. Eye on the target; learn to concentrate all the way through. Good, six so that we can keep moving. Good.
