Now, as we go to passing fundamentals, we would like to mix up some conditioning along with some of our passing drills. This is a fuller half court, two man or two line pass drill. First two players over here will demonstrate for us. Go ahead and go up the half court and back, go.
They are going to pass back and forth. They have to see their pass through. They have to make sure it hits the correct target. As soon as they get through, it goes to the next two in line and then they will go. Next two, go.

And stop. Now on the whistle, so that we can get people through this and spend the least amount of time we need to on it, we will break it up into two lines and again, you can run as half or full court. For our purposes, we will run this half court. On the whistle, ready?

Make good passes. Next in line, go.

And stop.

Now, let us have a variation to this. On the whistle, we will start both lines and what we will do is we will make it a little bit more competitive. We will have to the line that wins after all the players have gone through, the other team will have push ups. Ready? On the whistle.

Normally, if you have one line that wins, and you have them do five push ups or ten push ups or sit ups but do not go over board on that. It is more matter of enhancing performance not punishing anybody. We do it just to make them competitive not to wear people out.
