How to Coach Tee Ball: String Drill

[Music playing] They call this the “String Drill” for hitting. The reason I have put the string down on the ground is, so the batter keeps their feet parallel and I think it helps in the good batting stance, and we always want to concentrate right on the ball. [Demonstration] Good hit, Kyle. It went straight right on that little lettering there. Make sure you are stepping with your front foot. Good hit. [Demonstration] Turns it up. Turns it up. There you go. There is the stance. Step and hit. Swing level, like that. Swing level. Go down that line. Step and hit. [Demonstration] Good swing, good swing. [Demonstration] Good swing. [Music playing]
