The last drill for this section is a series of zig-zags. The basic pattern is to have one child hop in and out of the ladder, skipping rungs. Then, for a little extra fun and interaction perform the same drill with two children at the same time.

Just have them each go in and out of alternating rungs and land on different sides of the ladder.

For a team relay, simply have them perform this cooperatively and run around the ladder and back to tag the next pair on their team to perform the same drill.
