How to Coach the Crab Walk Drill

Slightly more difficult than the push-up variations, is to perform ladder games while crab walking. First try it with the children walking their hands through the rungs and startling the ladder with their feet. Then have them switch to walk through the rungs with their feet and straddle the ladder with their hands. Finally, the most difficult variation is to crab walk through the ladder with both their hands and their feet inside the rungs at the same time.
