Speaker: Confronting of you exercise identifying, conquering our three big worries. In my previous video called confronting our fear of exercise identifying out three big worries. We settled on these top three. We don't want to hurt. We don't want to act without our doctors permission. We don't want to look bad. We addressed coming to turn with injuries in the best way to avoid getting hurt. In this video we'll address the second two big worries.
If you have any major health which you have to handle them with your exercise or not, so we best to learn how they relate your fitness plans as soon as you can. This brings us toward to our next item, health professionals. This feels seems to get more controversial complex and less certain the more advances. Additional practitioners like nature facts, power factors, kinesiologist, acupuncherist, herbalist, various massage therapist and other have added mildly to our option, choices and models of health.
Still I think the main stream allopathic doctors remain the most respected and the most feared by the general public. They certainly remain the group most commonly included in health insurance policies, and perhaps this is one major reasons for their continued dominance. America and the gym world doing dead lifts, these are very difficult exercise, is requiring the whole body particularly the back the legs and a strong grip often supported with straps. I kited them that was hard for me to even watch them do those heavy lifts, though it was solidly build and with obviously having no trouble with them.
We started talking and he mentioned that he had injured his back during some sort of childhood accident. His doctor told them he needed to stop doing these exercise before he hurt himself. He apparently was not so happy with this advice and another doctor a sport physician. The sports doctor said the heavy exercise he was doing the strength of his back was the main thing holding him together and keeping any negative symptoms from the injury at bay.
He confidently said, I choose to believe him and he is remain strong and fit as he continuous his dead lifts. The famous martial artist and movie actor Jet Li broke his leg early in his training and his doctor told him that he had to stop practicing martial arts. Then Mr. Li asked the doctor what's the worst thing that could happen if he didn't stop, the doctor replied that he could break his leg again. Jet Li then ignored his doctors advice and became the power martial artist we still see today in the movie theatre.
From my experience the gym seen is changed, from what I have see these days more than half of those in gym are very obviously there, because there are no longer comfortable with shake there in, for whatever reasons, I have to admire them for tackling the issue and facing the challenge, the more they have worked it the better they look. At most gyms now have low cost training session available for those who are just getting started. And other options of course this exercising at home where only those in house will see you. You'll also have fewer people who watching copy and a fewer people you can ask questions. You find a lot more options in this direction than before as the exercise equipment industry is booming.
