What’s up everybody? I’m Epic from Trick Set. This is a tutorial mainly on how to control fluidity and I’m going to use a basic chandelling, cartwheel into a flash kick. So let’s see to demonstrate, go down here, real basic here cartwheel into a flash kick.
Now, the way you do this is most people have to get a right start and then usually a round-off to get power like goes here and they go like boom then they rebound, all right. Some people do that, now it’s good no doubt. But, this tutorial is mainly about how to do that without having this power of rebound. So what I’m going to do is demonstrate the cartwheel first. So to here cartwheel, out here like that, all right, so you come out with momentum from one foot to the other just like that one-two-step come out here.
Now as you're coming back, I got to enhance here going back, lift up and push. This time I’m going to lift and push, throw my arms up and basically just go into a flash kick. And if you can’t do a back flip yet and you can do back hand spring, try it with a back hand spring, this will go to the back end to here and here. Just like that.
Now to control fluidity, it’s about controlling much everything that you can do. But you can’t do this, then you can control the flash kick first or we control like a basic back hand spring first all right. This is mainly for the people who can much do this. So control the cartwheel, you should be able to do like this.
[Demonstration] Stop half way, and then continue all right, same things with the back hand spring part or the back flash, you start here, come up. And flashing or the back hand spring part if you control it.
[Demonstration]
Like that, it’s just kind of hot there. I just do it from set back, so you're here set back. Kind of low but if you get the idea it’s about using your momentum and controlling that. So cartwheel go out of it, you create that momentum as you go out. Most people come out just like this. All right, we control momentum, goes straight back and convert that towards the sky ceiling whatever underneath. Convert that straight up, bring this leg, and swing it over as you throw yourself. So you’re here, come straight up, throw your arms back tilt your head back, push off leg lift, pick up, post to the second all the way over. Once you go back, you’re going to see the ground. You spotted it, pick a spot and plain that through it and then come back with another one.
And another thing of this with fluidity or we’re going to drill out our knees or anybody who has like a lot of control over the course especially course. Once I taught this course for the videos, when I need to course, we do a court, you see his heel never have touches the floor in between those course, always up to the ball of the foot, court, court. All right that’s one of the important things supposed with fluidity, the balls of your feet.
Now some people say they’re angled will be soared too tired. I’ll work out for that. Feel the balls kind of like this, just walk around like that. And then we’re walking on all this like this. Of course you look funny, but your angle will be super stumped. So one more time focus on the feet and the hands, so here.
[Demonstration]
Just like that I’m going to zoom up. One more time, I’ll slow it down.
[Demonstration]
The last time, something to create my momentum and you’ll lift faster.
[Demonstration]
And that’s a tutorial for controlling fluidity and not having this power. Do you have any things that you know what you want to throw in there, fill them there please because anybody who watched this video if what I say doesn’t helped them that hopefully what you say will, okay. But no negative feedback please, this is just to help who want to learn, thank you.
