How to Control your Fear of Public Speaking

Hi. This is Rob Jack with Magnovo Training Group with another tip on how to overcome inside you in your next presentation. Most people when they give a presentation think that everything that’s going on inside projects to the audience. What I mean by that is those butterflies that we get, swimming inside in our knees, and our sweaty palms are all things that people know that were nervous. They can actually tell that were nervous. The fact is they don’t know that’s going on inside. The only way that they’re going to know is if we tell them. So here’s the key, don’t tell them. Just stand the compliment, deliver your speech. They’ll never know that you were nervous inside because most of that anxiety does not show. There’s your tip.
