How to Convert to MP3 OGG FLAC in Sound Converter

This is a simple audio converter that I just found. If you need to convert your music file to mp3s or to AGG or whatever, this is the easiest one I found.

In your add or remove, you want to search for sound converter and you want to install this one. After you install it, and you open it. It’ll look something like this. It’s a clean interface and when you click on files here, there you have your supported formats, mp3s, .ogg, .m4a, .wav, .aac, .flac, and .ac3.

For this case I have a .flac file I want to convert. You can use this to navigate to your songs but in this case, I’m just going to drag it in. So you see I have a flac file here and I’m just going to drag it over and you can see it’s loaded up here and all. And what you want to do is now is click on edit and then you go to preference. In here you have a few options, you want to save in the same folder you want to put it on the home folder you want to create a sub folder, you don’t want to delete the original files and for this part I put custom file name pattern and I want to type in artist and there’s a space, dash and then a space and then title. I like it like this because it looks nice. See it looks like something like this when you get done.

1:59 soon it’s the same thing. Then it says type of results, this is where you want to choose the format that you want to convert it to. Since we want to convert to mp3s that’s what it is, and for right here, just leave this alone, (VBR)- Best quality and right here you can change the bit rate of the sound. Mine is set very high and its 256 kpbs so that’s what I want and I’m going to go ahead and close it.

And now we’re going to convert it. You can see everything is grayed out because it’s converting and you can see the progress bar down here and within 11 seconds you will have your file. And your file should be in here, sitting next to it, see this is my .flac and this is my mp3 and now, it’s done.

So let’s hear our files, I can hear it by just hovering over it. So it plays really good, I can hear it.
