mhmm, i love chicken masala so much that i can even it every day at every meal. the problem is that i can't cook at all and my mum doesnt want to cook chicken masala every day.

Ummm you should probably be more specific instead of pointing to several little piles of spice. I assume paprika, turmeric, coriander, red chili... Definitely a watered down version.

Thank you! You make it look so simple. I love the low-fat aspect of your recipe and I will try this at home now. I also love the T-Fal pan and didn't even know one of these exists. This will save tons of time, as Indian cooking can take hours and hours to prepare. I would like the spice listing, too, but I'm pretty sure the spices are out there on the internet somewhere. :0)
