Female: These are little pieces of chicken wings cut into special ways.
Male: Is that it? All right, it should always have a way to cook just in case the electricity goes off. This is our char-broil grill and it has not been used for quite a bit. This is a squash; the term squash comes from an Indian word meaning to eat raw. What I am going to do is to dice this up slice it and dice it. And the back side faces where you put it in the pan, it has a little in it. The skin of the squash has almost as much vitamin C has an orange. Has all kind of little trace minerals and vitamins in it, and very, very good for you. There are some squash that little zucchini to it.
Zucchini and squash come from the same family, a gourd family, watermelons are included. Nice things about squash and zucchini is the bugs nor the deer well most wildlife will need it, so you plant in a garden, off in the woods somewhere in the backyard and it would be fine, so that in there lots of spaces. Onion kilo chops, this onion was picked or cut fresh while other garden was a few minutes ago. Just add a little flavor to it. Okay, for some extra spice, we will add a few jalapeño peppers. You just go dice it up, they’re just to add a little bit of kick to it, just kind of shred them up a little bit, throw them there. Then we got some Mrs. Dash grilling blend seasoning, put that in there€ and then you are ready to go.
Now everything in this skillet can be eaten raw, everything, the onion, squash, zucchini, and peppers, they can all be eaten raw. Cooking just helps getting the germs get off of it because most of the stuffs you don’t know where it came from, our garden are not far enough long yet to pick squash and zucchini out of it. Stuff comes from countries outside United States where they use pesticides where they have been outlaw for use here, so you cook it, wash it and clean it to make sure it is safe to eat.
Well we forgot one thing, we forgot the white onion. We take a large white onion and dice it up put it in there, we forgot this time so we are adding it now. Here we go, we added the white onion. Well now let’s check on the chicken while the squash and zucchini is cooking inside here we go, this is the same chicken that we seasoned earlier.
