Speaker: Come on over here and this is going to be kind of warm. I add the heat on and some butter in here. So you are going to first crack it on the side here. That will make it a lot easier and then I want you to hold the egg right over here and pop it open. Oh, that's funny. Let's try one more, okay. That's okay. That's just paper and it cleans right up.

Speaker: Beautiful. Now let's put that on the paper towel. See how that egg yolk is nice, still liquid. If I pop that open it's still liquid. The egg white has coagulated and now you can slide around down there and then the slotted spoon allows all that liquid to actually just fall right off. So you don't have a lot of liquid on toast. Come on here, let's do your fried egg and then you and I are going to be doing the sausage. Okay so we have our pan on. Now let's crack this in here for you. This is going to be a fried egg.
So I don't want the yolk to break. I want it to be nice and solid. You see how that is. So just keep an eye on here. And you try one over on the other side and when you break it you are kind of pushing together. Okay. So let's crack one more time. Here you go. Now I want you to stick both thumbs in those hole and then kind of fry apart. Oh, good job. Can you do it? Break it open and just don't squish the yolk. Oh look at that, perfect, good for you. Okay let's sanitize your hands, sanitize. Right down there, sanitize your hands and these are going to be fried eggs, what you girls can do for me, we can take out this waffle and then I want you guys to smash down these sausage into patties instead of balls. Okay. So this is going to be our fried egg. We have a nonstick pan here. So we want to make sure we have a plastic spatula.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: And all the fried egg is just like this until the whites are separated. Okay so I am going to show you this for fried eggs and then if we wanted to do here, let's say that she likes over easy. Okay so over easy. All I have to do for that. I am going to have, you do one, I will do one and show you and you do the other. Over easy. We are just going to just gently turn it over and I am going to actually even turn off the heat. We don't need any more heat. So in that scoop underneath here and then simply turn it over, without breaking the yolk. Yeah, I will hold the pan. Watch the pan. Remember that's hot sweety. Don't touch the pan. oh. Almost had it. That's okay. Some people like their yolks cooked all the way through, right?

Speaker: Well I guess we have four pieces.
Speaker: Well, you have chance to do another one here. We have our over easy egg there and we just have our lightly, we called it scrambled egg too.
Speaker: Wow, we have got a lots of eggs. .
Speaker: Lots of eggs and pretty easy don't you think? Cool. So now since we have omelet, fried egg which turns into an over easy egg. Then we have our scramble. Are you ready to do some sausage hot? You are ready. Okay, yeah clean your hands. This is the poaching water for the eggs that we did over here but now we could have a couple of you guys actually cook up some sausage. How does that sound? Are you interested in cooking up sausage. No, you are not big. Okay, well how about you be my garnish master and put pretty garnishes. Come around here. Come around here. We have the waffles right here. I will slide everything down. We have our waffles and eggs and you have some butter to put on top of that and here are your blueberries for the top of waffles. Now I want you to fix those up.
