This is the best recipe. I really appreciate how clear and simple the instructions are. I have made it three times now with the new potatoes and it is excellent! I am not much of a cook and I have found Chef Hill's instructions pefect for me. I am now a fan and am trying his other recipes. Thanks for the good food ideas.

I made this yesterday. It's excellent and very easy to make. Remember do not go over 150 degrees since it will make the meat harder. Also, it is important to let the meat sit for about 10 minutes after you take it out of the oven and before you cut it. This will allow for equal distribution of the juices.

Great recipe. I did cook mine a little extra time because I do not like it pink inside. I also used more onions. I served mine with a candid tomato cutney.
