I tried this recipe today and i must say i wasnt impressed...i would rate it average. not sure what's missing but would not try it again. i m still looking for a simple good bolognese sauce recipe. tips are welcome : )

Spaghetti are not the right kind of pasta for the bolognese ragu'.. Nobody cooks spaghetti with ragu' bolognese sauce in Bologna.. The best kind of pasta for the ragu' is "tagliatelle all'uovo", it's the bolognese tradition.

No is not the right way and is not a simple dish at all. Onion at starting and at least fry it for 45 minutes :-))) are you able to do that?
