How to Cook a Gourmet Meal for Your Girlfriend
Regena: Men it’s so easy to have a woman fall head over heel and loved you. You just invite her over and then cook her a gourmet meal. You don’t know how to cook here gourmet meal, this is not a problem we’re going to invite over Chef Jay from the French culinary institute he’s going to give you a few short tips on how to make an incredible easy meal that’s guaranteed to deliver to you the result that you want and the response you’ve been craving.
So Manny.
Manny: So Regena.
Regena: I hear we’re having a little pleasure emergency in this museum that you call your kitchen.
Manny: Right I don’t spend the whole lot of time here that’s apparently really nice and I like it. Now I just don’t see it very often.
Regena: What I want to do if you’re game is I want to turn you into a deadly weapon of seduction.
Manny: Okay I’m game.
Regena: Really.
Manny: Yes.
Regena: That was a fast yes. So take your pad and a pen.
Manny: I believe I do.
Regena: So you’re going to get here on the phone sometime.
Manny: All right
Regena: And you’re going to say to her to look, honey sometime I’m going to make you dinner.
Manny: All right.
Regena: Because you don’t want to, sometimes it can be overwhelming if a man shows up and he says darling I’m here I’m going to serve you. We can go like that’s very frightening I have to leave your — go to say you have to go with this.
Manny: Not the desire effect.
Regena: Well you want to go smaller to see if she can handle it and this is a muscle that can build better woman so worst she can actually become quite able to receive the pampering of her man.
So you want to find out like just make a little no and if you want to find out like drinks. Let’s say if she has special foods as she loves and you have to find out of these special foods she hates. You also want to check out her music selection and you just imagine if you created a little music mix for this event. If you know that could sort of start you, you know nice mellow sound and then get sort of sexier and then kind of finish with the little Santana.
I have actually brought you a superstar chef Jay Dietershagen.
Manny: Chef Jay.
Jay: Manny how are you?
Manny: Pretty good men.
Jay: It’s nice to meet you.
Manny: Hey you’re going to teach me some things?
Jay: Well we’re going to start that one as a little scallops wrapped in bacon. Very simple but very delicate that is certainly like the combination of salty and the bacon and then the sweet with the scallop. So what I have here are a couple of diver scallops right here. Now these scallops are a little big, this is an almost blue portion so it’s easing them out. So what I’m going to go is I’m just gong cut it in half.
Manny: Excellent.
Regena: So you’re looking to get something that will just slide easily one bite into her mouth.
Jay: And this is just store about bacon. So what I’m going to do since I cut those pieces of scallops in half, I’m also going to cut my bacon in half. So I have that done and now I’m just actually going to roll this right on. You can put this in the oven to 20 to 25 minutes that’s worth it right.
What we’re going to do now we’re going to work into this one time. Now what’s great about this you can do it a week and a head.
Regena: Do your one and do you do cook it all the way through.
Jay: Well what’s nice about this dish is everything is going to be cooked when you actually cook it one time.
Regena: Oh so she’ not sitting here on the little stool watching him and all the one tons. He’s got that before she gets there.
Jay: So to peel the garlic I ‘m going to take my knife the handle down and just going to — see what it does as it cracks the skin and then easily you can just come a thumb it right off.
So we have an onion here, I’m using what I like to call the claw method, I kind of roll up on my knuckles like so just to keep all my dishes where I need to be.
Manny: And keep your digits peer
Jay: Keep your digits peer, exactly, using my hand as a guide.
Manny: I don’t think I can cut it like that.
Regena: You too can do that.
Manny: I want to go home and practice my onion chopping skills.
Jay: Certainly.
Regena: So part of becoming a deadly weapon.
Jay: Now, let’s get you in here.
Manny: Right.
Jay: Perfect.
Regena: Oh my God. That was awful.
Jay: How about you center yourself in front of the boredom and you might here a little bit to you.
Regena: And these have dispositions wrong. That’s good, that’s good Manny.
Jay: So I’m going to bring you the final ingredient which is the chicken and what I did here is I do the ground chicken. So what I’m going to do I’m going to get my pans going over here and get everything kind of work and gather.
So we have our wantons here just a little of this mix. Set it right in the middle.
Regena: That’s it.
Jay: That’s it, that’s all. So step right in here.
Manny: All right.
Regena: See your folding skills.
Jay: Right down in the middle and just kind of like make a little triangle. You might have to manipulate your feeling a little bit but that’s perfect. You’re going to actually just.
Manny: She knows like very fast too.
Jay: And we’re ready to go. So we’re going to go to.
Manny: Just fry them out them.
Jay: Let’s just fry them out. Just looking for that noise a nice brown color, so Manny, you’re ready to play well.
Manny: You know playing was a verb.
Jay: Well it is. So I’ve selected this nice oval white plate. So what I have here is I have a little reduced soy sauce. Just to that take a regular so sauce that you’re buying and start Kikkoman is just fine and just pour it on the stove and let it cook down in about a half.
Manny: Cook the soy sauce.
Jay: Yeah just bring it to a boil and let it simmer so just a little bit like this.
Regena: That is just soy sauce.
Jay: Just soy sauce.
Manny: Okay that is cool.
Regena: Okay that’s so cool.
Jay: You like that? Simple right, a little soy sauce a little sesame seeds, beautiful.
Manny: Excellent.
Jay: Got to bring it back and then we’ll just going to arrange. Now let’s not forgot about our scallops. So I got a little Belgian and then just real quick blast away through those. I’ve got a little radicchio then we’re going to take some of our end knife and nice little base and throw all the little purple into the plate.
Manny: Wow all right.
Regena: The salty, the sweet.
Manny: Excellent.
Regena: You want to try it Manny.
Manny: Oh excellent.
Jay: Simple elegant it works.
Regena: It still works.
Jay: So good.
Regena: And this is like the perfect amount, two little appetizers and then our dessert, so Manny.
Manny: So Regena.
Regena: You’re ready for desserts.
Manny: Absolutely.
Regena: There is nothing sexier more sensual, more delicious than chocolate especially melted chocolate you can dip a finger into melted chocolate.
Jay: If you like this dough a melted chocolate.
Regena: So we’re going to do this melted chocolate garnish.
Jay: Basically, I have just a chip chocolate and you know I’m going to take my scalding milk and I’m actually just going to pour this right over top of it like so .
Regena: Wow look at that.
Jay: So I have my scalded heavy cream and my chocolate. I’m just going to take a fork and just start to stir.
Regena: That’s great. I think she’s going to wash that.
Jay: Finger doing this whole thing with a fork
Manny: With a fork.
Jay: Now what’s great about this is instead of just plating it by yourself this kind of group activity, so just a little dip like that. And what’s nice also this really has a great consistency so you don’t need to worry about it. Dripping all over the place are really kind of hold this. You know so if your little girl has a nice blouse on.
Manny: Well it will coming off hopefully. Yes he has success with this.
Jay: All right let’s hope so.
Manny: Shall we.
Jay: But I think you guys short change in the whole thing so I’m going to just —— this is great.
Regena: So Manny.
Manny: So Regena
Regena: Do you know your deadly weapon now.
Manny: I’m confident in that.
Regena: Now you’ll take your notes with you and then you’ll sort of teaser about the night and then you’ll have your way with her and then he should call us and tell us how it works.
Jay: I need feedback.
Manny: Absolutely.
Jay: I take my job very professionally.
Manny: I’ll write some good letters to the French Culinary Institute.
Jay: Perfect.
Regena: Fantastic. Jay, thank you so much.
Manny: Thank you.
Jay: Well it’s my pleasure, Manny.
Manny: I appreciate it.
Jay: Good Luck.
Manny: Thank you.
Regena: Go baby.
Manny: I don’t need liquid skill like that now.
Regena: You’re doing this not only for your beloved but for the women of America.
