Eric: Hello Harrison, I am chef Eric.
Erin: And I am chef Erin .
Eric: Today is day two of the thanksgiving series. I am making stuffing.
Erin: First of all we have our chopped celery here and we are going to add in some of our chopped onions about half a cup of this. Mix those together.
Eric: We will also add the butter. Two-thirds cup to half a cup of butter. Go ahead and microwave this for 46 minutes. I will go ahead and take this and mix it in with our ten cups of dried up and broken bread.
Erin: Now, while chef Eric is mixing the stuff, I am going to go ahead and add in some seasoning. We have some poultry seasoning and then some parsley flakes.
Eric: Alright, now we have this all mixed up. We are going to save it for tomorrow the day three of the cooking series and we are going to stuff our turkey with it. We will see you tomorrow Harrison.
Eric; Hello Harrison, I am chef Eric.
Erin: And I am chef Erin.
Eric: And we have finally partly reached day three of the dorm room cooking thanksgiving series. We will be making the turkey in the microwave. Now, we are going to start this off by using the stuff that we have made yesterday and stuffing the turkey.
Erin: Basically we are stuffing it.
Eric: Alright, we have already prepared the turkey by rinsing it off and lapping butter all over it and then sprinkling a little bit of salt. You can enjoy the seasoning if you like. Now, we are going to go ahead and wraps tin foil around the wings and then put paper napkins around that too or towels and then that will keep the heat in. Now, we are going to put it in after I do that -- we will put it in for 15-20 minutes per pound. Now, this is a ten-and-a-half pound turkey, so imagine that. I am going to put it in for 150-200 minutes. Now, this microwave only goes up to 99 minutes, So I have to come back and add on some. Alright, looks like I am putting a good turkey and we put it. We didn't have to put it in the full time, it was only in there about 140 minutes, but it's definitely done. Cut these off.
Eric: Now we will go ahead and carve this up and eat it. I think I am going to check in the right leg.
Eric: I am going to check my leg too. Oh man.
Erin: That was a good turkey.
Eric: That was delicious.
Erin: Very good.
Eric: So we will see you next Tuesday Harrison and you have a great safe and fun thanksgiving.
