How to Cool Down with Fun Stretches
Hi! My name is Celia Kibler, and I am from Funfit. Well now that we worked really hard, our hearts are pumping, our muscles are all warmed up and stretched, we are going to cool down, and slow our body down.
So we are going to be stretching way up high to the sky, stretch, stretch, stretch on your tippy toes, and we are going to go down to the ground. And then, we are going to stretch like a big sunshine, and stretch our faces too open wide. And we are going to squinch up into a little raisin, and squinch our faces really squinchy, oh that's funny, that's good. And then we are going to shake everything out. So let's pull off together, everybody get ready to stretch, here we go. You are playing games with all your friends and with your family, and with your mom and your dad, it's so much fun. And you all get a workout too, you all get lots of exercise.
