Okay. I have an e-mail who wanted to be associated with the calendar day such as let’s say somebody sent you an e-mail saying, “hey, you want to go to Hooters on Saturday?. Sure whatever.” Instead of going to the calendar, go on to Saturday and set up anew appointment.
Why not just take the e-mail? Let’s just use one for example, the National Index. Let’s just say this is the e-mail that he wrote to you. What you can do, there’s a few ways to do it, what I do is I’ll right click on it. I think you can left click on it too but I’m jus going to have it right click it. Right click, drag it over to calendar, let go and then you have some options.
“Copy here as Appointment with Text”. for order to do is on the appointment, it will just copy this in to the text field on that appointment. What else you can do which most of the tine I do at work is “Copy here as Appointment with Attachment”. So let’s do that and here’s our attachment and here’s our appointment. Subject and location, let’s just call this “Hooters” in the location and we’ll just say “San Diego”. All right it’s already set up and you can change your day whatever, the time, and all that. So save it and oh, we already got a reminder about it.
So let’s go to our calendar and look at what happen here. I forgot to set it up fir Saturday so let’s just drag it over here and put it right there. So it’s already set up there. You double click it and here’s your attachment. You double click that and here’s the info, simple.
