Vanessa: I'm right her with Richard and his magic hands who are going to guide us right now on how you can get this funky, fashionable hair on the three beautiful models. Let's go ahead and begin with her right here in the corner. What do you do to obtain the volume, and this funky hair look right here?
Richard: Okay. Well, what everything that we do is all based around technique, and this particular look is a very, very simple one length flying, but we've done with using lots and lots of tension. I am really stretching the hair while she is cutting it and that's what give this amazing expansion to this naturally textured hair.
Vanessa: I feel shade of color in that hair. What kind of color did you use on her?
Richard: Well, we work with a branded color from Wella, and they have got some really exciting hair products and that's what we have used on all the model's hair. And the theme for the color it very sort of muted soft tones and everything. So that's contrasting with some really strong bases like the black and then this lovely soft lilac, highlighted lilac color underneath.
Vanessa: Let's go ahead and talk about the last two right now. What do you do to get that kind of hair cut and what products do you utilize to get that color?
Richard: Okay. They are all done with using a really strong precision hair custom, and that's what our foundation is, precision in cuts and color. So they are all very technique driven hair colors. The idea is really a very sort of compacts, strictly tailored shade, just close on the cheek bones. It's always going to be flattering. Whatever you do is going to make Cinderella beautiful. The craziest thing can still going to look terrible. The model on the end, that's using a combination of different lengths, different balances. It's really cleverly and delicately put together.
Vanessa: I love all their looks. This is very slick, very modern, and something to be to look out for, for the next 6-12 months. Thank you so much Richard for all the insight.
