Golden Bronze Look
Hi, everyone. It’s Jen. Today, I will be doing a Golden Bronze Look. I paid up the lips just a little bit because this look does count as a fall look. So as my blush I applied a bronzer as well. So just so you can see up close. The light really isn’t working in my favor right now because the sun went down a little bit but that’s pretty much the look. I hope you guys enjoy it. If you want to learn how to get this look just keep watching. Okay, so let’s get started.
I’ve already applied my Urban Decay Primer Potion. Next I will be using my makeup Forever pigment in this gold color and I can’t tell you the number. I can’t see a number because it just has a lot number and that’s number ML42A. It has no name for that. So it’s the only gold they have there, so yellow gold type looking. I’m going to take my Maxine’s mop brush. Take a little bit of that. We’re going to place it in the corner of the eye, just the inner one-third. I’m going to apply as well. Just like that.
Next, I will be taking my other makeup Forever pigment. This is one lot MI53A and it’s this bronze color, gold bronze. I see a little bit of both colors there. We’re going to take our thin brush to coat a little bit of that bronze. Place it right on our lid overlapping that yellow. We’ll do that just so it brightens up the eye a little bit more with a lighter color.
So just make sure you’re applying even coat of this, very pretty color. Take it all the way to your brow bone following the shape of your eyebrow, putting it out just a little. Don’t worry about the blending because we can fix that later. Okay so just like that. Then we’re going to leave like always, I always leave the bottom for last.
We’re going to take our 217 brush and I’m going to take a little bit of that NARS Galapagos. This is a brown and they kind of have little shimmers of gold in it. So it’s really beautiful color and it goes really well with this one. Take just a little bit because it is very highly pigmented. You don’t really want to be brush in there too much. Put it right on your crease windshield wiper motion lips and just start blending it until you get the desired look and intensity.
Now as you guys know when it comes to my blending I do take a while and I just like a very well blended look so you get what you put into it. So I definitely spent quite a bit of time getting this done. There’s a part that’s a little blurry there. Okay so there is the intensity that I want. I’m going to take a little more of that bronze, some bronze color, get 217 apply it right over that brown just to make a little more subtle, not so intense. Okay so just like that.
Next I will be taking that same brush, getting a little bit of yellow 217, put it right over this color the bronze and bring it all the way in. So it blends better. Start blending it out a little bit. Don’t go to higher. Don’t go above your brow bone, smoothing that out so it looks a little blended.
Next I will be taking my eye shadow brush and I’ll be taking a little bit of that blank type which is that one right there. It’s a MAC color and so I'm just going to take just a little bit because this is one is very, very highly pigmented. If you put too much you can loose the color you already have one in your eye. So I’m going to blend looking neat.
A lot of people have been asking me about these posh brushes. Just so you guys know you can go into posh brushes.com and you can find them. The one I used is the crease dual brushes and the eye shadow brush that looks like this and they are some of my favorite eye shadows to work with. I mean eye brushes to work with. They are absolutely my favorites so one of my favorites.
So then I’m going to take that same brush my 217, take a little more of that bronze, blending it out like that plus a little color on the way. Okay so just like that. Then I will be taking my Feline. Now I’ll be putting it inside the rim of my eye, upper part as well then a little bit down here. You need to stop it because this liner is very intense. Just like that. That’s okay because we’re going to smudge it anyway.
And then I’m going to take my 219 brush because it’s such a subtle look. I’ve added black. I’ve tried it with brown. I’ve tried with this look with brown but I didn’t like. It wasn’t my personal favorite but you can do that and it will work for some of you great but I prefer the black. So basically just smudging it out, smoothing it out, blending it in and then I’m going to take my NARS, the darker brown put it right onto that. Then I’m going to take some of that bronze with the same brush. Okay so just like that.
Next I will be applying my false lashes and my liquid eyeliner and I’ll be right back. Okay, so I’m back. I’ve already applied my false lashes and my liquid liner and I played up the lips just because this does fall under a fall look so let me go ahead and show you the final look. This is pretty much it. So I hope you guys enjoyed this. Thank you so much for watching and subscribing and I’ll talk to you guys later. Take care, bye!
