Hey! This is YT Tutorials. Today I’m going to show you to make the videos HD with Windows Movie Maker on Windows XP.
So go ahead and open your internet. And I’m just going to type a papajohn.org. So this is how the website should look. And over here, click on the WMV-HD folder and find introduction. Now, scroll down until you see this turtle where it says, 16 x 9 wide screen, click your screen size resolution or you can click over here. Make it 1280 x 720. And save your file.
Now, this is where you save to, save to MY COMPUTER, local disc, program files and to the Movie Maker Folder. Go to shared profiles and just save right there. I’m not going to save it since I have it already. But yeah go there and then open your Windows Movie Maker. Okay, so I just drag a picture here. I received a timeline. And this is 1280 x 720 picture, so it’s my screen size. And you’re done editing, wait before that. Go to tools, options and for advance for video format, check NTSC, for aspect ratio 16 x 9. When you’re done editing and everything, go to finish movie, save to MY COMPUTER. I’m just going to name it Test HD, save to my DESKTOP.
Next, now by default, it’s going to save best quality for playback on my computer. Don’t check that for other settings. Go to down to one that you just downloaded. It should be on here, WMV-HD-1280 x 720, that’s I like, so hit next. And the video should save as real quickly, depending on how long or short your video is.
Okay, exit out that when you’re done. And you when you upload it to YouTube, I’m not going to say—but HD link at first because they’re probably still processing it and adding the HD link, and let’s say like five to ten minutes with HD link to show on your video after the video is uploaded. And so, yeah that’s why I did on XP and on this stuff. Just check the 720. It’s going to save under more options, Windows Media, HD 720 pic. Now just check that if you have it and make sure the aspect ratio is the same and the video format is the same. So yeah, that’s how you do it.
I hope that was easy and I wasn’t too fast. Remember to rate, comment and subscribe.
