Hello, Outlook 2007 signatures, basics, I don’t want to show you anything real fancy with HTML code and that stuff. We would just do some basic stuff. If you want to signature edit to all your emails, that go out or you could do, a little thing saying your first name and whatever business you’re with or what website you’re with or whatever. It was pretty simple. There’s a couple ways of getting to it. One way is going to tools, options, mail format, signatures and here you can—basic way where I show you how I’ll set mine out for our PC addicts account.
I’m going to select new, type it in for the signature. I want to call it PC Addicts, why not. Now, it happens out your little editor down here. I’m going to leave all that default. Actually that, I’m going to leave default—let’s just get it and set.
Okay first thing that I like to do is I like to hit ENTER. So it brings the cursor down one. So there’s the space right there, so that’s one last key I have to hit on every email. It kind of separates the signature. You can do however you like. Okay, I’m going to put my first name and hit enter. Now, I want to put PC—I can’t take this more, addicts founder and let’s do—this is boring stuff for you guys then I’ll put something else like the website name. I’ll just go www.pcaddicts.tv. Me, it’s slower or something. I think when I’m recording, it’s slow.
Alright, that’s kind of the standard one I want to do. But what I don’t like is it just doesn’t look next. So the way I like to usually do is bold that and then shrink this down to about nine, kinds of look little bar and you can add a phone number or whatever you want. But choose default signature for my Christ@pcaddicts.com and you can select like on every new message, I wanted to go on—I wanted to use the PC addicts one by default and replays it forwards. Well, you know what, in this case, I don’t but if you have like one email account or main email account, you may want to select it here. You don’t have too and I’ll show you why. I just leave as none. Hit OK, hit OK.
Now, let’s hit a new email. All it does, put in there, oh maybe because I did select it, that’s ode. But anyways, let’s you have multiple signatures, you click on signature and you can select it here which one you want. If you have signature for different email accounts, you would have put that in by default mean as let’s see. This is the other way to get to it. If you’re in a new message email or new message editor, you just click on messages, signature and signatures. Now, that’s really strange. Oh, maybe I didn’t hit CANCEL, sorry. Alright, let’s hit OK. Let’s close that. I don’t want to save channel. Let’s test it again.
Oh, I see there’s nothing. I screwed up. But anyways, and then you can just select, “Hey, add that.” You see there was a big gap right there, that’s nice. So when I’m typing this, go, “Hey everyone! We are cool here at PC Addicts” and see there’s already space, so I don’t have to hit ENTER. Anything like that or I can and go, “Thank you” or whatever. So, there’s some basic. You can also add a picture in your signatures, options, mail format signatures and you could add a picture or something but let’s do separate pictures. This is kind of be kind of goofy. It’s kind of a big one. Let’s shrink it down. Anyways, you got add picture signature if you have—I don’t know, whatever you want.
