How to Create Your Own Workout Video

So this week was Thanksgiving. I hope you have all enjoyed stuffing your faces. I know I did and I also got a chance to catch up with Katrina who is back in Boston for the holidays. I am so sad and I miss Katrina very much but she came back to get some head shots done and don't you worry, I have some footage for you, from how that went.

If you haven't already checked it out, make sure you visit diet.com.workout to see Katrina fast project with diet.com video. She helped us create a very personal workout builder. What you can see is you can see individual moves to rag them into a playlist and create your very own personalized workout. You can also increase the number of reps, so if she does a move three times and you set the reps as four, it actually comes out to be 12 reps. The video will automatically replay in a continuous fashion and go down the playlist. So therefore you are pretty much creating your very own workout, even down to the number of reps that you complete.
