How to Create a Forehand Swing Path

Will Hamilton: The final fundamental thing I want to mention about the forehand is the swing path. Once you release the tennis racket with your other hand. The racket should never stop moving through contact and in your follow through. It should actually be like a speedometer, so when you likely the racket you go from 10 to 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 all the way. So, the racket accelerates through contact and then starts slow down and if you bring the racket back and then stop it back here not only due loose all that momentum. It also make some more difficult to time if you racket so the starting and stopping as you bring it back.

Behind me we've got amortize of a couple prose hitting forehands and what you're going to see is that there are rackets never stop moving once they release with their other hand. It was a keep moving all the way through contact into their follow through.
