Kell Skott: Hello!
George: Hello!
Kell Skott: I am Kell from Kell Skott Hair Care, and I am going to show you, how to create your own updo, own personalized thing. So please come with me.
George: Fantastic.
Kell Skott: Now, I am going to tell you how to do an updo, and I am actually, going to show you as well.
George: Right and updo sounds quite complicated.
Kell Skott: Well it's -- it is and it's not. So it's all about shape, it's all about getting the right shape for the right model.
George: Okay.
Kell Skott: Hope for the right client.
George: Let's go for it.
Kell Skott: Excellent. Okay, so curly hair is probably some of the easiest, because you don't have to be too precise.
George: Okay.
Kell Skott: And we can be a little bit of rough.
George: Let's get it for me, not too precise.
Kell Skott: Exactly.
[Music Playing]
George: Kell, I can see a bit of a transformation taking place and I can tell you, I am scared.
Kell Skott: Well, you shouldn't be too scared.
George: You make it look so easy.
Kell Skott: Don't be too scared, because afterwards we will literally go step-by-step and you will find certainly how easy it is.
George: So the A to Z of an Updo.
Kell Skott: Yeah, of one Updo, not because there is so, many different kind of things you can do. So it's like yeah, the A to Z of just this one here.
George: So Kell, give me the top three tips for creating the perfect updo.
Kell Skott: Well, the first one is obviously, you got a look at what kind of model and what kind of hair you have. But then, it's really -- as I said it's all about the weight and the balance, that's your number one thing.
George: So weight and balance is number one.
Kell Skott: Yeah, then it's to create a good base, to put in your curves and your pins.
George: To keep it together.
Kell Skott: Keep it together yeah.
George: So Kell, finally, tip number three.
Kell Skott: Well tip number three is like final - like having a client with nice a hair and then its easy. So George, I am going to take my pins out and I am going to process through and then, I am going to handle it over to you and now, it's your turn to create your George's hairstyle.
George: Thanks Kell.
Kell Skott: I'll be on the hand, I will show you a few things.
George: Yeah, I haven't actually failed a challenged. Today, I am scared. Okay, Hi! I am George your stylist of the day. So where do we start? Now Kell, if I remember rightly, I have to start from the back.
Kell Skott: Yes.
George: And I am going to lift, I am going to put this hair up somehow.
Kell Skott: Give a little twist.
George: Okay, that's it. So you made it look so easy. But we got to say, it's a little different. But everybody can make this or try this at home. Wow!
Kell Skott: What I would just suggest, when you look in the mirror.
George: Yeah
Kell Skott: So, you can just see that little bit of hair, you have here. You almost need to just get a bit of back combing into that and then, get it up a little bit.
George: Okay.
Kell Skott: And over the front.
George: Yeah, you are right. I am not use to the mirror.
Kell Skott Now, you need to look at the mirror. Okay, so now the last thing is that you need to concrete.
George: Time to concrete. Okay are we ready?
Kell Skott: Yes, we are ready.
George: Let's concrete. Perfect.
Kell Skott: Fantastic. Well done George.
George: Thank you
Kell Skott: I think it's fantastic, I think you definitely, passed.
George: Thank you.
Kell Skott: I think it's really nice, it's good weight to it, slightly different from what I did, but you know so you created your own updo. That's just a few things, that's just a few things and that's the pins. I would have probably hide them a little bit more.
George: Okay.
Kell Skott: But it's your challenge, it's your hair, it's your updo.
