Your lash, turn it. This is the very important part, okay. When you place your lash, you want to get it as close to the—your natural eyelash as possible. You want to make sure you stick it to your natural eyelash as much as possible.
So, open your eye halfway Tracy, great. You want to make sure it’s on and close your eye. This is the important part, you want to flip your lashes up, so they dry in this weird position, this is the Eve Pearl method. Okay, open your eye halfway Tracy, do you see how weird that’s dry and do you see how those fake lashes are pointing up? This feels very weird but you have to trust me and go with this. This is the Eve Pearl method of eyelash application; you want the fake lash to dry in this position. Close your eyes, you want the fake eyelash to dry in this very, very odd position and you’ll see why in a minute.
We’re going to do the same thing on the other side okay? I’m going to do the whole thing all over again, sorry. You take the lash, you take the tweezer, you want to pull it off from the outside all the way. Alright, you’re going to take your lash, you want to measure your lash, measure it. You see it’s too long; we’re going to cut this much off. So, we’re going to take this, we’re going to turn upside down, we’re going to cut off 7. So 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, we’re going to cut this extra off. Cut it, gone. If you want to you could trim your lashes if you want to.
Ready? Here we go again, you hold the lash, take the glue, you want to glue it. This will be a good one to, also to do, you know.
Okay, back and forth until it’s nice and tacky. You see, you want it to be nice and tacky. Then you want to take your tweezer, take your tweezer in the inside. I’m going to get as close the lash line as possible, place it as close to the lash line. Could you open your eyes halfway? Okay, now here’s a great part. We take a mascara, take your pinky, you ask the person to, “Could you look down, but keep your eyes open” Put your pinky here, open your eyes. So, this is what you do now, this is the important part. We take our pinky, put it on top their eyelids, could you look down please? Take your mascara wand and you’re going to basically weave the lashes together. You’re going to weave the fake one with the real one back and forth and back and forth. And basically then when you’re done, you ask the person to open up their eyes and the lashes are done.
It’s time now to move on to the blush, even though we have our own natural blush, every woman needs a little bit of amazing looking blush. I often hear women say, “How to know? What do I wear? Do I wear peach? Do I wear a pink? Do I wear bronzer? What am I suppose to do?” You know what, I try to make it easier. I have a combination, you got your pink, you got your peach, you got your bronzer. Two matte colors, add one bronzer, so the Eve Pearl blush trios.
What is every famous makeup artist do? We take our brush, we do it like this, now you can do it yourself. Take a brush, remember, double crust mineral powders. Blot, blot, blot, you have a little bit of powder, you start from the outside and you come to the front.
Again, 1, 2, 3, very simple, start from the outside and come to the front. That’s exactly how easy it is, don’t forget your forehead, don’t forget the apples of your face. Could you smile please? Do the apples. Do the apples. If you want, you could also take a little fan brush, back and forth. This is another way to apply blush with the fan brush, a little bit of fan. Okay and by the way, these are great to use on your eyes as well. In case you don’t have a lot of eye make up you could just take and just do this right above your eyes. They’re great colors. Again, this are pigments, they’re pigmented for colors so double cross mineral powders or without the mess, Eve Pearl.
It’s time to move down to the lips. Remember I said, all you need are two colors. You got Cosmo, you got Caramel, Eve Pearl. I’m going to use the Cosmo because I want a more natural look. So on their due, the best way to line your lips is not only to line them but then also to fill them in. So, you want to keep your lips close when you’re creating the shape. You want to create the shape of the lip that you want and then you want to fill everything in. And by the way these pencils, they’re actually lipstick pencils. So, it works like a lipstick, you fill in your lip, it’s very creamy, at the back of my hand very, very creamy. Take the back of the brush and now you’ve just used your wonderfully creamy lipstick color. And of course every girl needs some great lip gloss. Here we have, these are Kisses of Pearl lip glosses by Eve Pearl. We have two colors, we’ve got actually five, right here five, with two colors each. And if you can’t make up your mind, guess what? They’re all interchangeable, you could change the colors.
I’m actually going to use the Sherry Baby and Honey Bunny on Tracy. By the way, this is the most incredible color for every woman and especially for brides. You’ve got the pinky and you’ve got the peachy tone. We’re going to open it up and usually I would put it on back in the tray but this is going to be given to Tracy.
When I do brides, I use the lip gloss and then give it to them as a gift. So, I’m going to use the Honey Bunny and Baby Doll, these are also infused with nutrients and it has a touch just like hit of mint, then how’s the slit? It’s great, it’s got a really nice slit. It feels wonderful on your lips, doesn’t have a crazy tingle, doesn’t have a weird tackiness, feels amazing, looks fantastic, it’s going to last on you for a long time and make your lips feel really wonderful. And I mean Tracy’s makeup is done, I feel she looks gorgeous.
