On behalf of TvLesson.com my name is Melisa Brown, Licensed Massage Therapist. You can find me at UNeedaMassage.us.
In talking about ambience, you want something that’s very soothing. If you’re using a lotion or oil that has some type of aroma in it, it can be very good or very bad. If you’re having lavender then that means you want something that’s going to be soothing for a very stressed or very tensed body. As opposed to using an orange that can be very excitable, and very alert making you very alert. So be very aware, do a lot o f research on what type of oil it is that you want to use and for what purpose. If you need something that’s good for digestion, if you want something that’s more for headaches, do the research online that’s all available and is very easy to find out.
A lot of them were mixed with basic almond oil that’s your basic type of massage oil. It’s just a basic almond oil. A lot of the Almond oils are very strong too so be sure and smell it before you do purchase it. And be sure most importantly that you’re not allergic to any of this. Somebody that’s allergic to nuts should not be using almond oil, they could be using some type o f Coconut Oil. They had the very pure, compressed coconut oil that is wonderful for your scalp. It’s wonderful for you skin and wonderful for massage, wonderful for cooking. So there are all types of different kinds of oils that you should be looking into before you purchase them. And do all the research before you purchase it because otherwise you’re going to have a lot of oils on your hand that you might not want on the long run.
