Hey everybody! It is Paul Colligan. I just launched a new webinar of Podcast series, over premium cast new media webinar series and in it we have an embedded YouTube video. So if you click Play here, you will see that it plays straight from YouTube. Now what you will notice here is that when you go to the end of the video, it doesn't take you to other related videos and even when you do this, it doesn't take you to other things inside of YouTube. A lot of people have asked how I have done this and they want to do it themselves which I totally understand, it's a lot easier than maybe you thought it would be, so let me walk you through it.
Alright. Find the video over YouTube, this is my channel, youtube.com/colligan; find the video you want to embed. In this case I actually was embedding this one, find the video page, that's it. Then what you will need is you will need an account over TrafficGeyser and if you don't have an account at TrafficGeyser, hold on until the end of the video, I will show you how to get a free 30-day trial. What you do is simply find the page over at Youtube, copy it, copy the URL. Go over to TrafficGeyser to Tools, Custom Video Player, that will take you to this page here and then all you do is you cut and paste in the Youtube URL, again, nothing fancy just cut it straight out of Youtube and then if you would like it to automatically play, you click that button. You can choose that, yes or no. And if you would like it to force the high quality playback, click that button, and again yes or no, you will see a demo of it down here at the bottom, make sure it's what you wanted to do, then you generate the code. And the code is right there, copy it, select it all, copy it and put it into your blog or into your webpage or whatever it is that you are doing. It's that easy. I wish it was more complicated, but it's not.
