How to Cut, Copy and Paste in Access 2007

There lots of different ways that you can cut, copy and paste in an access data base. The easiest way is to get keyboard shortcuts because that is really the quickest way to get your information either cut, copy or paste. So in order to cut a piece of information, then you need to use your tab, you enter key or your arrow key is to get over to that field and then you can do control and then X on your keyboard at a same time and then it’s going to cut that piece of information. That information is now on the clipboard, you could go down select a new record, and you could do control and V, which is paste and it,’s going to paste that information into the um field that you now have selected. Now if you just want a copy of piece of information, use my arrow to give back up their I could can do control C it’s not going to cut it, it’s going to leave C E O their, go down below and then do my control V for paste and it’s going to paste that um what I just copied into the selected field. So that’s a quick way to use cut, copy and paste while you are in access.
