(Music Playing)
Bit of a nightmare but, I am hopefully you got the sort of idea. Basically what we did, it was very rough. I must admit. But what we are doing is we are taking one bass line and you bring another one in and you can have 2 bass lines at the same time but it will be going to sound very similar.
And why we are doing it is if you have one bass line and the other one out, vocal in, vocal out, sounds fantastic.
(Conversation)
I will tell you now ladies and gentlemen, if ever my daughter stops eating chocolate, I will eat my hat. I shall speak to you soon, take care.
Thank you very much folks, Thea say good bye.
In this you are probably wondering why I got this on my head. Well my friend of mine watches my video occasionally, been trying to send messages but somehow it is not getting through aboard. It is nothing with me, that is honestly. But he is always moaning, why I am always wearing a hat so, I am not wearing a hat this time, I am wearing some of Ellis type on my head and they are mine by the way, right, so hopefully, you got the general id ea of what I have just done with knocking, chopping and changing should I say, bass line to one song to the other. We are knocking, chopping and changing the mids and occasionally, the treble. So, it is a case of using your head. If vocals coming one, and vocals coming on the other, and you need one of the vocals to work together, you have one anymore out. If bass lines are there, both bass lines, you can have on in and one out and then just messing around with them. It is all about practice, it is all about testing things out and not just experimenting, okay? So, practice, go for it and enjoy. Good way of practicing is as I have dope with two records, I am just playing them continually through, practice with two records and chop and change, have a bit of fun, okay? Enjoy, the next lesson is all about volume control, okay? We will see, speak to you soon, bye.
