How to Dance Salsa

Hi I am Terry Dean from Terry Dean Dance Studio Today; we are going to be show you the salsa. The salsa is kind of hot new dance. That's one of found new dance. It is really hot right now and it is a Latin dance which people are doing all over. It is kind of on fire right now. So we have to do a little bit of salsa. I think that you are going to really like the salsa. I have been teaching for 30 years and I tell you right now, the salsa is really hot and it's nice to see, people really get enthusiastic about a particular dance.

Right now, this one and everybody is really into. So I think you are going to have a lot of fun watching it and learning it. Remember, that all of the dances are going to be physical in nature. So you have to train your body to get loose, to get feel stretched and ready to do some of the moves that we are going to do. It is not very hard to get in shape and to loosen yourself up but remember to do that. Next thing we are going to do is just the basic components of salsa, so you get a basic idea of how to move and then we will go from there.
