It is also the quickest dance therefore it is a great dance for cardio training and of course the twisting that gets you in the best shape of your life. So we are not going to wait any longer, we are going to get right in to the steps. The timing in jive is one, two, three a four; five a six and that is really all you need to know for now. So this is what it is going to look like. You do rock step, triple step, triple step, and again rock step triple. Triple step is that easy, three steps in chasse so let us do it one more time. So you do rock step, chasse left, chasse right or one, two, three and four, five and six, or rock step, triple step, triple step.
