Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a blast exercising because we are doing a cool move, yes it is called African crisscross.
So get up off that couch and join us. Good, starting with the heel, it is heel together. This one is a little bit trickier so stay focused, I know you are going to get it. Let us try it a little bit more. Lower, now we are going to move opposite the heels, out and in, two more slow. Good. Take it faster here we go.
When we start kicking it up a notch, our heart is working hard and we want that. Exercise is really important because it makes your heart really strong. Let us go. Keep going, I am going to start using my arms. You can keep your hands on your hips if you like. Watch.
