Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. You know what these energy blasts are all about? It is about being physically active and feeling great so what we want you to do is join us so get up off the couch. Here we go.
We are doing an African move today called fire, it is a little tricky so do no panic, you can get it. We are going to out with our legs and in. Remember African flow. It is out and in. Remember not to rush it.
Now, we are going to add arms, here we go, up and down. You probably notice that we are learning a lot of dance moves with energy blasts and that is great, because dance will make you so much stronger for every sport you do.
Take it up and down and really shake those hands, looking good. Up and down, up and down, we are going to try to go faster. Ready here we go. Four, good, three, you got it, two, one, keep going, awesome job.
