Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to Energy Blast.
Now, these blasts are going to give you tons of energy because we are exercising, and that is what you want to do everyday.
So, the move today is called the “funky fish”. We are going to do a couple, slow. Here we go. It is going to go one, two, three and then a clap. Other way, one, two, three. Two more slow, one, two, I know you got it! Looking good! One, two, okay we are going to take it up to tempo. Let us go! One, two, three. Do not forget to breathe! Good! One, two.
Now remember, when you exercise, you can do a lot of things because you are going to find the thing that you love to do. So, it could be dance, it could be soccer, wall climbing, snow boarding, who knows? Give everything a try and then once you have got the thing that you love, keep going because it takes a long time to get good at something. You go it!
